CNC Milling Center TOM-WZ320B Features：
· CNC 5 axis mill is equipped with ultra-high torque DD motors to ensure the motion control of the A-axis and C-axis. The A-axis (tilt axis) is controlled by DD motors located at both ends of the drive shaft. This design eliminates the distortion that often occurs during heavy cutting and machining far from the center of rotation.
· The combination of high-rigidity castings, ball screw center cooling, constant temperature controlled DD motor and spindle provides guarantee for temperature stability.
· 5 axis cnc milling center allows the workpiece or the milling head to be moved in almost any direction, so even complex geometries can be realized in a single clamping process. This firstly reduces machining time and secondly increases precision, as it avoids any discrepancies caused by re-clamping processes.
